Allan R. Cohen is the Edward A. Madden Distinguished Professor of Global Leadership at Babson College. He spent seven years as Babson College's chief academic officer, leading major curriculum and organizational changes. He has an MBA and a DBA from Harvard. Pramodita Sharma is the Sanders Chair & Professor of Family Business at the University of Vermont and a visiting professor for Kellogg School of Management. She has a PhD from the University of Calgary.
