Frederick A. Miller is a pioneer in implementing inclusion-building processes in organizations, and has been involved in the field of Organization Development since 1972. He became a partner in The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group in 1979, and has been CEO since 1985. He has served on the boards of Ben & Jerry's Homemade, Inc., the Institute for Development Research, the National OD Network, and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). In his 30-plus years of experience, he has worked with CEOs and senior level executives from such companies as Mobil, DuPont, Grainger, Toyota, Foxwoods Casino, Eileen Fisher, United Airlines, the McArthur Foundation, the City of San Diego, and Apple. He has been a frequent presenter and keynote speaker at national and international conferences. He is the coauthor of The Inclusion Breakthrough, Be BIG, and Opening Doors to Teamwork and Collaboration.
